- Every product is tested by vendor for its standard quality, composition and model by which they represent of.
- The cost and availability of product inventory can be modified by The Point-Blank India before any kind of early notification.
- If a late delivery happens due to false information given by the customers, then the customer has to pay the extra cost for redelivery.
- If user has any confusion regarding the terms and condition then he/she must contact The Point-Blank India through given contact details.
- All content included on thepointblank.in , such as text, graphics, logos, and images, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of the Point-Blank India or its content suppliers and protected by India and international copyright laws.
- Our Delivery schedule has been written in our product description. In the case of late/early delivery, The Point-Blank India does not entitle to give any type of compensation.
- Point Blank tries to put accurate as possible with the description of product, However, the point-blank India does not guarantee 100% accurate dimensions due to machine tolerances. There will be slight variation on colour of product too due to properties of MDF and other material.
- The Point-Blank India would not be responsible of any complaint regarding product register after 2 days of delivery.
- The Point-Blank India have a right to validate the information by their users at any time. If any kind of false information found by our team, then the registration of user will be cancelled at the same point of time without giving any kind of early notice.
- The user certifies that he/she is 18+ or has the consent of parents or legal guardian.
- The Point-Blank India have a right to cancel the order in certain conditions like dried inventory or due to system glitch.
The Point-Blank India will not be liable of delivering goods in the time of war, flood and act of God causes, which is not in our control.
